When should I expect my shipment?
We do our best to get your products shipped out as soon as possible! Please allow 24-48 hrs from the date of order placement for processing. Orders placed on holidays and Weekends will ship on Monday. Standard delivery time takes 1-3 business days.
Shipping Address
Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. We exclusively offer cash on delivery as a payment option. Therefore, clients need to provide the exact address for delivery. Kindly note that if a parcel is returned due to failure to pick it up at the arranged time and place, the client will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for the second delivery attempt.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If damage to your product’s shipment occurred or tracking information says your package is lost, please keep the original packaging materials and immediately contact your shipping provider.
Examples of Damaged Shipments:
- Cracked or broken items
- Products received frozen
- Crushed boxes or jet puffs
- Visibly tampered with packages
If you received one of the above problem packages, please follow these steps:
- You have 24 hours to report a damaged package. Please review their sites for further instructions.
- Please request a Damage Inspection report from the shipping provider.
- Please request that your shipping provider returns the package to our company if we are found responsible.
